Your Journey to Feeling Better Starts Here

When people ask me the fastest and easiest way to feel better – to feel good about themselves – to enjoy more success – and to see the world and their life in a more positive light I always respond with the same question:

Do you have a morning self care routine?

I’m serious.

It is the single most impactful thing you can do for yourself.

”But I don’t have the time.”  

I can already hear you pushing back.  I get it.  Mornings are busy and full already.  

But aren’t you worth 10 minutes of focus?  Time spent to ground you, center you, and get you in a positive mindset to conquer your day?

Yes, just 10 minutes is all you need.  And every single one of us can carve out 10 minutes to help improve our mental well-being.

Now don’t even get me started on how that 10 minutes can greatly improve your life!  Ok, maybe I’ll list a couple…..

To feel better.

To age gracefully.

To calm anxiety.

To help fight depression.

To lower stress and blood pressure.

To feel more focused and less brain fog..

To feel more confident and secure.

To feel balance in your mind and body.

To gain more energy.

And that was just the first 20 seconds off the top of my head.

Do I have your attention now?

I hope so.  Because this is seriously the easiest thing to do.  And it’s enjoyable too!!

Especially when you start to see and experience the benefits of it.

I call it, EP Mornings.

Here’s the deal:  You’re the one in control because you get to create it!  You curate a routine that is interesting and helpful to you.  You don’t have to do what I do.  That may not work for you!  You get to choose for yourself what you like and how you would like to spend your 10 minutes each day.

When I started this practice over 20 years ago, I got up at 4:30am to allow myself 30 minutes for my EP Morning, then I went to the gym for an hour and then I showered and got to the office.  

People were always shocked when I told them I got up at 4:30am daily.  But I loved it.  

I looked at it as working out my insides, then my outsides, and then I was ready to conquer my day and whatever crossed my path.

It works.  It centers you.  It creates Personal Power.  It creates Balance.  Harmony.  Strength and Focus.  It is truly a magical elixir.

Try it.  Just 10 minutes.  Read the PDF and figure out what will work best for you.  You will be so glad that you did.
