Deanne Lewis is the Founder of Emerge Positive. For the past 10+ years, Deanne has thrived as an inspirational speaker and coach helping others create a life they love. She is also author of the Emerge Positive book and writes Emerge Positive daily for social media and weekly blogs for EmergePositive.com.

Deanne has spent over 25 years in the entertainment industry, with most of that time at Warner Bros as Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships. She was one of the founding members of the digital distribution team which built the digital rental and ownership businesses at Warner Bros. Her expertise includes deal negotiation, sales, client relationship management, and marketing campaign strategies.

Deanne offers a unique perspective to people looking to elevate their career and life. She is driven by a mission to help companies create a culture of connection, transparent communication, and building strong relationships; and for individuals, Deanne helps implement positive change across all areas of life to create a life you love. Deanne is best known for being an inspiring speaker and leader, mentor, and creating connection.

Deanne was born and raised in Michigan and lived in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Atlanta before calling San Diego home. She attended Michigan State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

She is married to her navy veteran husband and is Bonus Mom to her step-son. Deanne is an avid reader, a mentor to young professionals, meditator, and enjoys walking the beach, cooking, and music.
