I taped 'Fear is just a thought. Don't let it hold you back from your dreams' on my computer monitor and read it every day. This particular quote helped me get over my fear of flying. By not letting the fear get to me, I've been able to go to New York, Scotland and Madrid. I'm already looking forward to next year's trips!
